No it's not.

It will be called GTA V, Rockstar have even referred to it as that.
Yeah it will most likely use RAGE engine again - which is a shame, as they should really use whatever RDR was made on.

But at the end of the day GTA III had 2 Expansion Packs; Vice City and San Andreas.
It's quite hard to believe they are merely expansions - and GTA IV had 2 Expansions; Lost and Dammed and Gay Tony.


It's certainly time for them to go onto the 5th Game now.

I really struggle to believe they're going to just release 'Grand Theft Auto IV: [INSERTCITYHERE].'

I could be wrong - but from what I've read on the other GTA Forums, it's very much likely that the 4th Generation ended in October 2009 when TBOGT came out.
