You're right though, we don't know enuf details. BUt i'm sorry, a 14 y/o is a child, and for this to happen means a serious LACK of parental guidance.
I really don't see why people are talking sheet about the cop, he's right, if the parents were doing their job, this wouldn't happen.

Why do you think that she needed to be out clubbing in order to have sex with someone? People can have sex in the middle of the day as well you know. Are you suggesting that 14 year olds shouldn't be allowed out with their friends now? Because that's when experimenting like this usually happens in young teenagers and usually in the middle of the day too. For all you know it could have happened behind the sheds of her school.
