i'm open to hearing your point of view. (bear in mind that she was later aquitted because there was no forensic evidence against her.... but i can't wait to hear your theory as to why she was convicted in the first place)

Well, as I said I haven't really been following the case. The only thing I read about it was this :

and to me the 5 reasons why she is guilty seem more likely then the ones for why she is innocent.

So you think she was guilty? name one piece of evidence she was guilty please. She was eventually aquitted because there is not a single shred of evidence against her.

If you have evidence against her, i'd like to hear it, and you should tell it to the italian courts, cause they couldn't find any evidence against her eigther.

She was (wrongly) convicted of murder, not of witchcraft. People are wrongly convicted of all manner of crimes, all the time.

Some of the most heinous miscarriages of justice involve the USA. I see Haley Barbour has just released a load of convicted murders - just because he can.

Don't confuse Amanda Knox with Christine O'connell.

It's not only crazy old Europe that has witchcraft issues.

i never said it was only Europe, i brought it up because people were acting like it was shocking that Africans and MIddle easterns use witchcraft against people, when actually it still happens in Europe too. You brought up Amanda Knox. Let me state this once again, just to try and make it clear for you. Amanda Knox was convicted (wrongly) of murder. She was not, and I repeat, not, convicted of witchcraft.

The key part of this story is the fact someone died.
