Poland is planning to sign the agreement apparently. I don't really know what that means in the grand scheme of things though

There was an enquiry called the gallo report that was to see if there was a need for ACTA and if it was backed by people in the entertainment industry.
The final gallo report came with the backing via signatures of some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Strangely some of the people they claimed had signed it swore that they hadnt and two of the names were of people that had been dead for at least four years.
They still used the gallo report as proof for the need of ACTA corrupt as hell.
