You shouldn't decide who your favourites are until at least a week in, that gives everyone a fair chance to prove/disprove themselves as good housemates. How on earth could you possibly get an idea as to how good someone is going to be in the first ten minutes of seeing them? It's just idiotic, like judging a book by its cover.

It's harder to do that with CBB though as it's so much shorter than normal BB. Always takes me ages to pick a favourite during normal BB, especially when there's loads of HMs in there at the start
