One thing i do take issue with is the media describing the attacker guy as "white" he doesn't look "white" to me. He is clearly hispanic.
i know it sounds petty to mention, but the media did try to make it a quote "white" and "black" thing, but clearly this guy is not white. And as soon as they realized he wasn't white, we never heard anything more about the guys race, i wonder why that is? Why arn't they now making it a "hispanic" and "black" thing now?? I found that very disturbing. Why were so they so willing to talk about the race issue when they thought he was white, but then when they saw the shooter was hispanic, they arn't discussing HISPANIC racism against blacks?? especially considering historically the vast majority of slavery occurred in HISPANIC countries. So you can't say that there isn't a a historical context there.
I found that very disturbing about the American Media, that they will only talk about racism where it's a white aggressor, but to talk about racism when it's a non-white aggressor? then they don't talk about race anymore.
