No, they are useless.

Not long ago we ordered soomething off there, order went though and everything. Never came, so we rang the shop an hour and a half later...the order hadnt even gone through at their end

Always been pretty good for me so far Paid by card as well. Did it even say the chef had accepted it?

Yup.

Luckily we had chose to pay cash on delivery (usually pay by card) coz by the time we found out the order hadnt gone through, the shop was shutting and couldnt deliver

i order late one night and there did not have all the order and the driver still want the full amount
