I think your example of using make-up or stuffing bras does not help with your own argument because you're confirming that he's in fact taking drastic steps to make himself appear to be who he's not. You talk about women stuffing their bras, but Luke had his breasts removed. He's done everything to make himself appear to be someone he's naturally not. He's deceiving people from the start and he knows he is which is why he admits he has a secret.

We give each other the benefit of the doubt by assuming a person is the way they present themselves. He has gone through extraordinary lengths to appear to be someone he's really not. He's legally a man, but that's just paperwork. We all know he's not.

Men have penises, men can produce sperm. If Luke gets a penis, it's going to be done through surgery by taking hormones. He will never be able to produce sperm. He can be very advanced scientifically, but there are some occasions where nature will trump science.

and what about men who arn't fertile, maybe they had a form of cancer that makes them unable to have children, shoulkd a man have to tell a girl he is infertile on the first date, or a woman who can't have biological children.

You think it's offensive if they don't say it in the first date? It's no different than luke A.

Believe it or not, being able to have children is not the most important thing in a relationship. This is the year 2012, women and men arn't just getting into a relationship to procreate. For most of us it's about love, not just making babies.
