Believe it or not, being able to have children is not the most important thing in a relationship. This is the year 2012, women and men arn't just getting into a relationship to procreate. For most of us it's about love, not just making babies.

I knew you were going to say something like this which is why I used the word 'can' - as in having the ability to do something. A man can produce sperm, a woman will never be able to.
This is not a question of fertility so the issue of procreation is moot; this is a question of biological identity - man versus woman.
If we're talking about deceit, I believe a woman stuffing her bra and a woman who's gone through a process to make herself appear to be someone she's biologically not are light years apart.
