My favourite drinking card game (apart from ring of fire obvs) is pyramid.
You arrange 16 cards on the table like: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ face-down obvs. you then have to go from one end to the other, turning them over, without revealing a picture card or ace (Jack, Queen, King, Ace). If you do get one, you have to drink, and then start again (putting new cards face-down on the ones you've turned over).
