Maybe...but the Chief Executive of the RSPCA is on a salary in excess of £100k per year so maybe they could think of better ways to spend public donations?? This is the same with a lot of charities - their staff are on mega money but they guilt trip people into parting with
their hard earned money....I try to pick local charities to donate too where I know the money will get to where it should and not in administration and salaries
