I don't disagree with you.... Oxfam are one that work on the same premise: years ago (don't know the most recent breakdown) - used to be that only 10p in every £1 went to the actual charity: the rest on admin/salaries/advertising/overheads etc.

It's one of the main reasons I don't give to either of these particular charities.

I support military and animal charities, namely: Combat Crisis, Help For Heroes, The Royal British Legion... The Dog's Trust, Redwings Horse Sanctuary, PDSA and Libearty.

I think it's more so that the family can be together more during the treatment rather than psychological support.
