Because you are not affected personally doesn't mean there isn't a problem.
The thing about the bit in bold is that there're so many different developments and supposed new theories put forward by scientists and researchers, about what may and may not cause you cancer (the Daily Mail are famous for this ), that I (personally) kind of take it with a pinch of salt.

And I can see your point about legal cannabis being another problem to monitor but again, I just think it's already going to be a problem because some people (and the majority of people who would be interested in smoking it - let's face it, it's not really hard to get a hold of it ) smoke it with or without the state's permission.
