You probably already ate them by now but if you are sick of them drying up or just want a change try this...my OH loves when I make them this way:
Put them in a casserole dish, cut some onions up and add them on top then mix up an oxo cube with water (I use 2) and pour over the chops and onions to cover then add it to a preheated oven for about 45 mins, turn the chops over and put them back in the oven until you see the fluid thickening up a little bit and they will be lovely cooked and tender. |
Thanks for that. Don't you find that the gravy is really fatty? I have eaten them now but I may well give that a try next time.
I covered them in honey last night before shoving them in the oven, and I ended up just ruining a baking tray as it had runny honey welded to it.
