Obviously I cant speak for Jack but no where in his post did he say anything about hoping for loss of services...

Some people actually enjoy the winter months you know, the snow, the frost, the dark nights and the cold crisp mornings and days, we are used to having pretty harsh winters in this country and it doesn't make someone a bad person if they like the winter.

It also doesn't mean they hope for services to stop, wish harm on others or even loss of lives.
