Some people actually enjoy the winter months you know, the snow, the frost, the dark nights and the cold crisp mornings and days, we are used to having pretty harsh winters in this country and it doesn't make someone a bad person if they like the winter.

It also doesn't mean they hope for services to stop, wish harm on others or even loss of lives.

In your OP the article suggested there would be wide reaching disruption and loss of services didn't it?
Jack said that long term forcast was something to look forward to... Why, why is that an attractive prospect... it isn't to me!
