..I don't think Salman has 'lost the argument' at all, he's put his point and thoughts over very well in the OP and it may not be a popular opinion but it's extremely well thought out and I totally see his reasons for the thread..there is no 'win' or 'lose'..there is just different perspectives of Helen and her past ..if what she did/does helped mould her into the person we now see in the house then it can be equally looked at that it's made her a defensive person who comes across as quite 'hard' and harsh and if anyone shows an empathy with that, then it's entirely up to them and not wrong...
