If people would stop making excuses for Helen like 'she says it to your face' and 'she's had a hard life'

as if that excuses her nastiness and bullying but go after Ashleigh and make baiting derogatory comments about her for the slightest thing, maybe she (Helen) wouldn't seem as bad.
