Why is it that if people hate Ashleigh it's because of her looks and age and if people like Ashleigh it's because of her looks and age? I don't care if she's a beautiful young girl or a haggard old lady, I like her because I find her entertaining, funny and strong. People who dislike her dislike her because they don't. I'm sure some people like or dislike some housemates because of their looks, but I don't think it speaks for the majority of fans or detractors.

Exactly. HMs never, imo, win or lose or are popular or unpopular because of how they look. If that were the case all the winners would either be really good looking guys or fat, ugly girls.....(I say this because it is apparently mostly women who vote?)
