The point is that Helen is in control of her emotions where she appeared not to be previously (still think that was the acting part) What has she actually done in that video thats wrong? Is she not entitled to speak to a friend when she thinks she has been disrespected? Did she get in someones face and threaten them?
The interesting one in that video was Winston goading her in to having a confrontation and hope to improve his own chances of winning - great stuff
