Whether some things he has done are what may be termed as 'rude' although I cannot say I have come across anything myself.
He is at a disadvantage in there with his disabilities,people with hearing problems often also have balance problems so I would be allowing for him bumping into people or even swaying towards them at times.
One of my Aunts has hearing problems and is often not only running into people but into things as well.
However,whether rude or not, one thing a really rude person doesn't do is apologise, so even from the examples of some maybe at best borderline things on here, that is something Gary seems to do quickly and without any coaxing to do either,hardly the actions of a rude person at all.
