Thanks annie but this wasn't it, the mother was younger and she killed herself too in a multistory car park I think.

This was the case I was referring to as the children had disabilities, the case is Suffolk was due to a relationship breakdown if I remember it correctly.

Yes in these two cases the mothers killed the kids, crazy enough to kill the children but not themselves it seems.
