You are completely ignoring the fact that his account of what happened in the bathroom was the same as Chloes though, nobody has to prove anything beyond reasonable doubt because Jeremy is recorded on TV saying that he did exactly what Chloe said he did

Some strange opinions on here... IMO Chloe wasn't invading his space she went to help him along with Cami and Nadia...he never asked them to get out at any stage. Chloe obviously had not long come out of the shower hence not being dressed...you don't think of getting dressed when you helping someone!!
Chloe never expected that Jeremy would 'take a peek'...it was a daft thing for Jeremy to do...but he didn't grope her, he exposed her boob, it was inappropriate and took Chloe by surprise. For someone who did topless modelling you have to have confidence and a certain amount of brashness to expose yourself to camera men etc let alone allow it to be published to the nation...she ain't no shrinking violet!!...that doesn't make what Jeremy did right. She had every right to be a bit upset or angry for that matter.
I think it was all taken well out of proportion and ultimately it led to her eviction...

not strange opinons, just actual genuine common sense opinions that are banned from mainstream tv because on there freedom of speech is banned unless youre attacking hetrosexual men

Jeremy's account of what happened seems immaterial to me and so is her being naked under the dressing gown.

By Chloe's account of what happen he did not attack her, he did not try to disrobe her, nor did he try to expose her.

Initially, she handled it appropriately by telling him she didn't like what he did and leaving immediately. But after she left the bathroom she overreacted, egged on by some of the other women in the house. She stood directly outside the bathroom hyperventilating recounting the incident. This seems like crying wolf, but in truth its an overreaction since something actually did happen. If she was so traumatized by the experience she'd have gotten as far away from Jeremy as she could.

The incident was blow out of proportion by Chloe's behaviour outside the bathroom and some of the HMs reactions.
