I am so shocked to see a few people suggest the victim should dress more conservativly, walk a totally different way or even enjoy being harrased.
Nobody should walk the street and dread reaching a certain point because they're being intimidated.

Because you might meet someone who might mug you? And if you do get mugged you shouldn't report it even if you know who the mugger was because it was your own fault for daring to walk the streets at 3am?

No, but this wasn't at 3am so what's your point?
Also say I did happen to walk down the street at 3am and get attacked or even worse, would you be blaming me and not the attacker?
