For me there's a massive difference between saying someone is promiscuous and saying someone is a slut. Slut implies someone is nasty and unclean as well

Having casual sexual relations frequently with different partners, without commitment.

The definition of slut
A woman who has many casual sexual partners.

On Google define, it says the synonym of a slut is a promiscuous woman.

You say the word slut implies dirty and nasty. Yes, implies. But it doesn't mean that by definition. That's just the stigma attached to the word, which I didn't mean.
