We recycle,we have a rubbish bin,a garden rubbish bin and a plastic/cans and glass bin,it's all taken away on fornightly cycles,haven't had any problems so far,as for large items we have to pay about £16 to have 6 bulk items removed,or we have a guy who comes round collecting scrap metal for free,I see no need for fly tipping at all it's lazy and thoughtless.
