Why not keep the role the same. Why can't an actress who is black play the perky preppy Emma Stone/ ReesecWitherspoon/ Jennifer Lawrence type roles?
If a tv character likes country music or opera, likes antique fairs or Roman history the actor cast will be white. If the character likes rap, from a poor area etc then black. Stereotypes.

Many of Will Smiths roles could be played by white or black people same with the other actors mentioned.Yes some films may be written for a black actor but many are not.Morgan Freeman has played many roles which are not written for any particular race. The guy in the new Star Wars film's role could be played by anyone.I'd say that for many of the examples you've given there are many examples to counter it.Obviously Mohamed Ali has to be played by a black person.
