Well first of all Hughie admitted to calling her a slut and he apologised for it so all the information isn't quite there..
Hughie has more to him then just being aggressive like we've seen him both have fun and be really sweet. He's also proven to be quite reasonable in a few instances.
Hughie's aggression is also quite funny idk why it's just funny when he goes off on one. Housemates like Nikki also got away with their aggressive/bitchy behaviour because it was just amusing.
Also Hughie is only really aggressive when people attack him first I can't really think of an instance when he was the one to instigate the argument.
Lastly Hughie might just be human embodiment of God and can do no wrong.. Just a theory idk
