I have no idea what the process is of deciding who should or could be a moderator, whatever it is, it works.
Mods past and present on here I have always found helpful, there when needed and good at having not distant but maybe controlled interaction.

It is something I would hate to do and some people are likely better suited to it than others.
As to Ammi being one, she is a very gentle soul on here near all the time,having a stab at thinking on this, I doubt she would like being one really just due to how she is on the forum with everyone really.
Over my years on here,she has been there for me many times, when she was called rhino too,and then Ammi.

So for me, this is a decision that should be taken by those who decide it on the forum, probably most people are good to very good candidates to be one, there would only be about 5 people,(in addition to myself), I think and would say should not be mods and who I would really hate to see as such.

All of the current mods have been and are perfect choices in my view, as was lovely Kerry, when she was with us and was one too.
So for me as I said right at the start of this post, whatever the system is for choosing them, long may that continue.
