Awww. Your Prince reminds me of another handsome dog i know up the park. Full of life and always happy. My sister had a westie before these two came along Kaz and he was from a rescue place. He wouldn't let a man near him, only liked women. Turns out and old couple had him before and the old man would hit him with his walking stick. No wonder he didn't like men! Anyway it took about a year before he got over it but he did and he turned out to be such a great dog too.

Sorry to say Johnny,we had to have Prince put to sleep last week,I know his time with us was happy ,just wish his former years had been better,miss him so much xxx

....awwww Kaz, I'm so sorry...Prince was your rescue dog..?..we had that with a rescue as well once, his health problems and issues were just too much for him to have had any comfort in his life and it's so sad but something we can do nothing about in some cases.../you had no control over what came before in his life and any health problems through that but you did give him some happiness and he did get to experience a loving family and love and care in his life.../I know that you know, that's all you could do ...and you did it, I really am so sorry......

Thankyou Ammi,we get his ashes back today ,he had very bad arthritis and several lumps and bumps one we know was a growth,his quality of life at the end was not good he was not eating so we knew, and to top that we lost someone very dear to us on Halloween,the old man my mom cared for for over 30 years died ,he was very much part of out family,he had none of his own so we have that to deal with too,so I will be glad when 2017 arrives.
