They do receive benefits... they'll get over £1000 a month in child benefit. "Family Allowance" as it used to be called was introduced after the war when we needed to boost our population. We don't need to do that now, just the reverse. It's certainly a valid argument but it shouldn't be specific to this family, everyone who has kids gets it whether they need it or not
