Why is he demanding 86 billion before even starting any negotiations on anything else then when we have assets in the EU of 130 billion - we should in theory be demanding about 40 billion back from the EU.
He is making ridiculous demands before even discussing anything else because he in trying to instill fear into Britain and all other EU countries who may want to do the same - that meets the definition of bullying in the eyes of most.
