He is making ridiculous demands before even discussing anything else because he in trying to instill fear into Britain and all other EU countries who may want to do the same - that meets the definition of bullying in the eyes of most.

Where on earth did you pluck this figure from, and you accuse others of being uninformed? :/
The figure I have seen most widely reported is £50 billion, which may well be the cost of all the member states having to revise there trade and movement agreements with the EU. Are you aware how many countries there are in the EU, personally I'd say that was a bargain.
