Of Immigrants. People born into and who have grown up in Western society don't just suddenly turn in these numbers. It demonstrates something much more intrinsic at work. The power of culture and religion runs much deeper than place of birth. Their sense of identity is clearly not with The West. We have simply enabled homegrown terrorism.
