Must be easy for someone who'll never have to be on the receiving end of it to dismiss it so easily, huh?
Thankfully I've never heard it directed at me (at least not to my face) but I have had a particular racial slur more than once and these things aren't "just words" so I'll continue to say that people who have had negative experiences with words like "******" and others thrown at them by small-minded morons have every right to react to it with the contempt it deserves.
