Raspberry Country Crisp Cornflakes. I also go to Holland and Barrett to grab some dried fruit, Coconut, and banana chips, dates, Papaya, Pineapple and Nuts to make my own Muesli. You can buy Oats anywhere. The ingrediants are expensive, but it's worth it in the long run. |
