Actually in the shower, roughly 3 to 5 minutes.
Prep beforehand and getting ready afterwards about an hour.

no, but when we move I am getting a sooper dooper walk in bath with a seat in it, I intend to spend the first week sat neck high in bubbles.
Plus the new shower room will have an inbuilt seat as well......heaven.
