I would mind my own business, people behaving out of character at Christmas parties is not unheard of, he might be full of remorse afterwards and she might not take kindly to any intervention, plus if I don't know them well, they might have an open relationship, I still have to work with them even after they have possibly made up so it might cause friction at work that I could do without so I'm keeping well out of it
