A teacher at my school legit did this to a 14 year old kid in my class for winding him up / laughing in class.

Some people unfortunately just snap like this.

Then again... Those people probably shouldn't be teachers. Or police officers.

Coincidentally a teacher who chased my husband down the stairs at school on one occasion and failed to get hold of him ended up as a teacher at my son's school. He told my husband my son was a lot better behaved than him. My husband asked how his anger management classes were going.

You are absolutely right though, some people don't have the right temprement for some jobs.
