I don't have a cat now Kaz, but did have for years and I can only reiterate what others are saying. One of mine was a right twot for going missing for days on end but she did always come back. Here's hoping that yours does Kaz.

My Cat did this a few years ago, he was missing for nearly a whole week, but we ended up finding him in one of our neighbours Car sleeping in the backseat, so consider checking that out.

Cats tend to sometimes get trapped in Sheds, or someone might've took her in because they might've thought that she was a stray.

And here's a website to do with lost Cat behaviour which you might want to read.

Hi Kaz, i hope your cat's turned up, my neighbours cat went missing for 3 days, she was beside herself, then the naughty little cat just strolled back in as if nothing had happened

My dad had an old cat, he was 17, and one day he just went off and never came back, it still upsets me now when i think about it, his name was Smudge, i really hope your cat comes back soon

Well I have just left the back door open while the dogs were out, this is the time we usually see her,but there is nothing,I am worried as although she ate loads she was very thin ,I don't think she could take not eating for long, but I'll be off to work soon,so fingers crossed by the time I get back at dinnertime she'll be home,I will leave her some food out in the hope she will want it.

Well have lost my beloved Sally,I came home dinnertime and I saw her in the back garden,I was so excited,I picked her up and put her on a blanket in the house as she didn't look well,I took her to the vets at 2pm and had her put to sleep, vet said she was very dehydrated her eyes were sunken, she had an over active thyroid hence her eating like a pig but staying skinny, they were also concerned about her kidneys,I could have had her put on a drip overnight to rehydrate her,but there was no guarantee she would get better due to her old age, I was pondering on having her treated, but would it be fair to the old girl ? I didn't think so,so she is now at peace,we miss her terribly .I've cried buckets but hope I did the right thing for her,the vet said she had probably gone missing as she was close to passing anyway,I was just pleased she came to see me before she went and I can now lay her to rest knowing where she is and knowing I was there Thanks for all your helpful words, just thought you'de like to know.

So sorry to hear that Kaz At least you have the comfort that she didn't die alone somewhere. Really feel for you and your family

I'm sorry to hear that Kazanne, especially as your Dog passed away not too long ago either.

Are you planning on giving her a Funeral? It must be very upsetting I really wouldn't want to go through this.

It's horrible Mock, she'll be buried in the garden she loved and we'll plant something nice in her memory, and yes it's been a bad year for us with our animals, but I guess that's what you have to do if you want them , the only consolation I suppose is that they were all old and had a good life. thanks for all your thoughts anyway
