Its a really difficult one. On one hand I wouldn't want to rock the boat, on the other im fiercely protective of my friends and if he had been kissing someone in plain sight so everyone would know apart from my friend sat at home babysitting so he could have a good time I would have to think hard about what to do. Because in the OP scenario you work with them both, who knows how difficult life could be made for you, best to stay out of it if you don't know them, one or both could be psychotic, and invoving yourself in someones business that you don't care about is a bit strange

In the scenario suggested I work with both, drama at work is the worst I would rather keep out of it and just get on with my job rather than have people angry with me or make me feel awkward for the whole day
