Marshall law is the Army overthrowing state governments and taking control with the laws they set, 2nd amendment was set up to protect civilians against tyranny governments

The military are not allowed to shoot civilians but with Trump there he will probaly convince them to do so, right now the best bet is him being assassinated because he is putting in plans to never leave government.

He is trying to make Antifa a terrorist organisation so he can accuse people who speak against him as Antifa and lock them away for 10 years.
