Just let them back. It's the internet and there's a block feature for members to use.

But in rare cases if people do something super seriously disrespectful, which I can't think what something like that would be, then sure I guess they should be permabanned and yes it should be monitored that they aren't returning.

Even then, they should be allowed an opportunity to return after a while anyway so I personally don't care if banned members make a return with another account.

If you have one acc on a computer using your wireless and another on your smartphone using mobile data, the IP addresses will always be consistent and different.

OR if you have two computers and one of them is always on a constantly shifting VPN. That probably throws up some really bizarre IP addresses for me . "WTF why is Toy Soldier in Kazakhstan ".

(Though I tend not to use the Secret Squirrel PC for things like TiBB)


OR if you want to get really pedestrian; you can just have two Chrome instances running on the same computer and have one of them going through a free VPN like hidemyass or whatever.

Tbf, I'd admire their effort. I am dubious as to whether these multi's actually exist though. Because if they do, this thread would basically be 'I'M VERY CROSS WITH A MEMBER FOR BREAKINGGTHE RULES, but I'm not saying who cos'. Would seem like Parm has changed his story somewhere im the middle there.

Just saying but I liked MMI when he was banned under that name and was friendly with DouglasS before what happened in the pub quiz so me bringing him up is nothing about old bad feelings just a good example of the point I was making.

I just find it odd some people are 'indefinitely' banned and their multis banned instantly when they were relatively harmless (gamepodfan, johnny123) when somebody who was allowed back in all good faith and clearly showed they were back simply to disrupt is allowed their...what? 3rd return?
