If you have one acc on a computer using your wireless and another on your smartphone using mobile data, the IP addresses will always be consistent and different.
OR if you have two computers and one of them is always on a constantly shifting VPN. That probably throws up some really bizarre IP addresses for me

OR if you want to get really pedestrian; you can just have two Chrome instances running on the same computer and have one of them going through a free VPN like hidemyass or whatever.
