Fifth Evicted Houseguest Austin Dookwah.

After a week of secrets, lies and paranoia, Newmarket’s Austin Dookwah was evicted from the Big Brother Canada house by the first ever Invisible HOH, Hamilton’s Victoria Woghiren. With the opportunity to make nominations, slop assignments and even play in the POV competition – all in secrecy – Spicy V continued to play the middle of the house, nominating dangerous duo and former allies, Austin and Breydon White, for eviction. At the POV ceremony, Rohan “Ro Sho” Kapoor won the POV competition for a second week in a row and kept the nominations the same, which sent Austin home in a unanimous vote.

“It might have been too little too late, but this twist lit a fire under me,” said Austin Dookwah. “I was not going to go down without a fight. I was just ready to go, give it my all.”

Even in a week centered on invisibility, it was clear that Austin was Victoria’s target. After beating LaSalle’s Tera Gillen-Petrozzi in a tiebreaker round to become the Invisible Head of Household, Spicy V got to work and started utilizing her secret powers. Confiding with ally Kiefer Collison as the only houseguest aware of Spicy V’s secret, Victoria attempted to pin the invisible power on trio Jedson Taverneir, Tychon Carter-Newman or Beth Bieda, and put Austin and Breydon on the block, turning all houseguests’ eyes to the Sunsetters’ alliance. When Ro Sho decided not to use the Veto after promising the block besties he would, the house was left in turmoil once again. The nominees campaigned hard, but in the end, Austin was seen as the bigger threat in the house and was sent packing, narrowly missing the jury house which begins next week.

In this week’s HOH competition, BB Calendar, the houseguests had to memorize details of an upcoming BB Calendar, as depicted in the living room throughout all hours of the night before. During tonight’s battle for the HOH, the houseguests were asked a series of questions based on the calendar, and in the end Beth’s memory trumped all, as she became the new Head of Household.
