The reason for the multiple characters is because Niko and John Marston were such compelling good guys, people were less enthused about doing bad things

Hillbilly guy is Trevor

Trevor lives in the desert, which is a barren landscape filled with bikers and meth heads, it says he drives to a local parking lot and flicks off a group of people standing in front of a building, Rockstar recommeds you try this with other people in the game, which means, flicking people off is part of the gameplay.

It then details Trevor grabbing a petrol can and douzing a truck in it, then lighting it on fire, I dont think this is a cutscene either, from the sounds of it.

I'll scan soon, I'm reading it and telling you all what's going on as I do :p

Amanda: Michael's wife, who he hates him, but also loves him, she's kinda different from past GTA women as she isnt a gun totting lunatic, but a credit card using lunatic.

There will be some returning characters from IV, but don't expect big characters like Niko Bellic.

Property buying wont be in the game, but there will be lots of other stuff to spend your money on, and it wont be sitting around like it was in IV.

Phones will be back, annoying cousins and depressed ex-cons wont be bugging you by begging you to come out though. The phone will be used for new purposes such as the internet and the like, some functionality of it has been moved, simply because it didnt work in IV, but there will be plenty of new features added.

It'd be interesting to see Michelle back lol, especially with Michael being under FIB protection.

Pedestrians will be more animated and important in V. RDR style side missions will be included in the game too. For example, you might come across a broken down car at the side of the road, or if you go off road in the desert you might find two shot up cars with bodies littering the area (drug deal gone wrong?) You're free to investiagte stuff like this. Other examples include stopping muggers.

Franklin, Trevor and Michael will sometimes work together on missions, and sometimes for the FIB too. Sometimes you will switch during missions.

For the first time a musical score will sometimes be used to ramp up the tension, the only other time this was used was in the Ballad of Gay Tony ending. In a certain mission where you play as Michael, you are rappelling down the side of the IAA headquaters (aka CIA), as you do, you have full control of the speed and camera, and you will be able to see into the offices.

You wont always be forced to switch during missions, you can continue playing as a character or switch to another.

Like GTA IV, there will be no big celeb talent.

In V the main story isnt about gangs like IV, it's more about contempary Los Angeles culture. Dogs are definately in the game, though we knew that :p

Unlike in GTA IV, where things essentially 'popped in', street lights and general things like that will be loaded in from miles away. Hopefully this will get rid of that horrible blur that IV had.

I agree :p If anything, Franklin is the meh one now, though his job makes him still interesting (repo man), I also like how Trevor holds his gun, it makes sense he holds it that way too, since he used to be in the air force(?)

I think Trevor is the best because he's the sort of character you could imagine in Grand Theft Auto (Original), Carl, Tony, Victor, Niko, Johnny, Luis, Michael and Franklin all seem to have something about them that makes them seem like normal people in bad situations. Where as Claude, Tommy and Trevor make trouble for themselves.

I definately think they've stepped away from Niko's character, his story was brilliant, but it was one that GTA could only do once. Michael's story looks interesting too, it will be weird having a protagonist who lives with his family. I'm betting they will impliment something that makes it so you can't shoot his family (and probably so you can't shoot dogs)

Yeah, with the FIB being quite involved in the story, there's a chance Union Paper CL guy will be back, and maybe Michelle. It'd be great if Elizabetha returned, but in IV she got 300 years imprisonment, so I doubt we'll be seeing her again. There might be a chance of seeing Gay Tony too, since he'll probably have a club in Los Santos.

I hope the in-game internet is even more interactive this time (assuming it returns). I loved how certain websites got used in missions and how interactive it all was in general. I know you could use some websites outside missions, but I just hope it gets expanded. That would be great.

Other than that I'm more than pleased with everything. I can't think of much else that I want in the game really.

It's always so much better nowadays going back and playing PS2 games because you don't get distracted by the Achievements.. i lost count of the amount of hours it took me to get the Rolled Over Achievement on GTAIV and in the end i just read online that the best place to do it was the Airport and then i did it after about 3 goes :idc:

- Alamo Sea is the name of the Salt sea in california, in the background of the desert around the lake you can see Mount Chiliad
- You can select the characters through a radial menu
- During missions switching characters is partially scripted.
- There are 6 turning point in the plot, they will be deep and long missions. There will be multiple endings based on player choices
- The main quest is as long as RDR's one.
- The map is 3 times larger than RDR, if you count the sea(explorable) it's 5 times.

Only skip cut-scenes on the 2nd and 3rd runs(and more) of the game, but the first time is 100% canon to take in the game and enjoy every aspect. YMMV, but your M would be wrong. ;)
