Big Brother is BACK for its biggest launch in years tonight, and you might have noticed we’ve made a few changes for the new 2016 series too!

bbspy recently turned ten years old (crikey), so we thought it was high time that we bid farewell to our seven-year-old logo. You can see our new logo in all it’s glory above – we hope you like it as much as we do!

We have also freshened up the design of our desktop website. On our homepage, the carousel has been replaced by a grid of our three latest or featured posts – headed by a handy Day counter so you’ll always know what day it is in the house.

Below that, our regular news display is now bigger and bolder, and it no longer includes those top three articles, so there’s less duplicate links for you to sift through. We have also merged news and pictures together in to one section – a camera icon will now display on a post to show if it contains a gallery (and a play icon for videos).

There are further tweaks to come in the days ahead: galleries will soon be displayed at the top of our articles, and commenters will soon be able to ‘like’ each others’ posts and (hopefully!) use emoji in their messages.
