The survey for the Daily Mail found that even Labour voters are more likely to
support it than oppose it – potentially causing problems for party leader Sir Keir
Starmer.

The poll of more than 1,000 adults, carried out by Savanta for the Mail, found
that while 47 per cent of all voters say they support the idea, just 26 per cent
are against. The rest say they do not know or have no opinion.
