Man City have two games in hand don't they?
Soooo as I see things
A bird in the hand is better than …
Arsenal are 4 points ahead of City plus they have a massive Goal Difference which is worth a point in effect.
Looks like City have 6 games left but FOUR are AWAY matches !
City have a tough game tomorrow AWAY to Brighton then a few winnable games but also have to play AWAY to Spurs !

they all have difficult games, and they don't even have to lose, they can draw and mess up their chances. I very much doubt any of them will run in with 100% record

Arsenal look the best out of the 3. I know they only played a Sunday League team yesterday, but overall they look really sharp.
it's going to be a squeaky end to the season. I don't know who is going to win it
Won't be an easy trip to West Ham for Liverpool at the weekend. However both are in poor form. Could see a sluggish draw playing out there. Spurs will obviously be determined to derail Arsenal, i feel like they'll try injuring as many Arsenal players as possible, just like they do against Chelsea. Nottingham Forrest will be fighting for their lives against City. Yeah, it's tricky to predict.

Everton deserve to stay up. City's league win will go down in history for all the wrong reasons.
Even though city are great to watch and have some impressively exciting players, its still bad on Everton
Was it 28 pts altogether? Where would they have been without that? Hmm, and what tactics could they have shown?

Sadly I can see Spurs beating Arsenal at the weekend and even though Spurs are capable of beating ManC as well in a few weeks it may not matter too much by then if City are 8 points clear or something

there are new financial rules coming in for the premier league next season that will run in parallel with FFP next season, and completely replace FFP the season after.
The new rules make sure that the cost of the squad cannot be greater than 80% of a clubs profit. In addition, there will be an anchor point where teams cannot spend more on players than a pre-defined anchor point multiple based on the lowest positioned premier league team. That will be a massive change, and it's being voted on next week

You should be more worried about Spurs maiming Arsenal players. Arsenal are a much better team than Spurs, and on paper should win comfortably enough. But again, expect Spurs to attempt to immobilise as many Arsenal players as possible.

Imo Spurs can beat any team on their day, they just need a bit of consistency.

Tbf Leeds are on worse form than us currently in the Championship, so them losing to QPR isn't that shocking to me.
But I do agree with what you're saying that Arsenal could let the title race pressure plus being away from home get to them, and they end up getting battered.

I still can't get over the Coventry match tbh in the FA Cup.
I think that players like Rashford who calls constructive criticism of his performances "abuse" probably aren't helping the team, plus Ten Hag seems to have a poor attitude himself given that he also can't accept constructive criticism either.
Man Utd need to get people in that have a good attitude, and don't play the victim when they're not.

My theory about Son’s complete loss of form is that he’s not the same player or getting the same chances this season because Harry Kane isn’t around

No idea why Spurs aren’t playing Sarr and Bissouma as a midfield two !?!

I'd prefer Arsenal to Man City for the title too.
I honestly don't mind who wins, however i really want it to be decided on the last day.
It's also fantastic that Spurs have a mountain to climb if they wanna finish 4th now. I'll love it if Chelsea beat them on Thursday!

I just don’t understand why they are so angry/violent towards someone who’s just playing football .. he’s not stolen their wife or threatened their family.
I wish he’d have turned around and confronted them .. screamed or just stared at them or even beckoned the tv cameras to zoom onto their faces and put them on the big screens

Some people just take their Football too seriously unfortunately, plus Rice does seem to be an easy target at the moment.

they need a clear out. We can't keep blaming a string of top notch managers for the failures on the pitch
Chelsea defender Thiago Silva will leave the club at the end of the season.
The Brazilian, who joined the Blues on a free transfer from Paris St-Germain in 2020, has made 151 appearances for the Blues.
He has won three trophies in that time, including the 2020-21 Champions League.
Silva, 39, says his love for the club is "indescribable".
"Chelsea means a lot to me. I came here with the intention of only staying for a year and it ended up being four years," he said.
"It is already hard saying goodbye in the most normal of circumstances but when there is a mutual love, it’s even harder. But once a Blue, always a Blue."
Silva joined the club when Frank Lampard was manager and has since also played under Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter and Mauricio Pochettino.
He has made 34 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea this season, including 25 starts in the Premier League.
The former AC Milan centre-back, capped 113 times by Brazil, says he hopes to return to Stamford Bridge in a new role in the future.
"I hope to leave the door open so that in the near future I can return, albeit in another role here," he said.

What a great example he has set for all the youngsters
Interesting info on the new Liverpool manager
::::
The Dutchman was a manager in high demand last year, turning down Tottenham last summer, and the media spotlight was on him.
It led to an interview with Dutch outlet Voetbal International where he was asked who were his favourite Premier League teams, with Liverpool not in his top three.
"There is no team in the world I would rather watch than Manchester City, followed by Napoli, Arsenal and Brighton," he explained in August 2023, as quoted by the Daily Star.

Zinedine Zidane has not been contacted by Bayern Munich to take over as manager when Thomas Tuchel leaves at the end of the season, sources have told ESPN.
Zidane, a three-time Champions League winner during his managerial reign at Real Madrid, has been heavily linked with the role in Spanish media in recent days, but sources insisted to ESPN that no talks have taken place.

I find that hard to believe. Many of the charges are simple finances eg the illegal payment to Roberto Mancici. Surely they have the bank statements to show the transactions. If they didnt they why bring the charges.
As someone who works in an investigation department, I'm flabbergasted that this is even being entertained. You cannot drop 115 frigging charges. If they do then either the people bringing the charges are completely incompetent or some kind of bullshit has happened.
On the other hand, the length of time that it is taking seems to indicate some uncertainty.
This is ludicrous but it would explain why its taking so long. IF this happens the Everton and Forest will contact their legal department and demand an explanation

Just taken a look at the breakdown. 54 charges are failure to produce accurate records and 35 are failure to comply with an investigation. All stuff that is easy to prove. No way can they get away with all charges.

Apart from the bad var decisions, Arsenal blew Bournemouth away. No bottling in sight
