I think its a really good pop album but its not a cool club sound at all. More eurotrash dance pop.

It's what she should do because it requires little from her. Her vocals are manipulated to death and I personally can only listen to so many tracks before the unreal voice grates. On some tracks she's close to sounding like the chipmunks.

Okay I take back what I said about seeing how the bonus tracks never made the cut. Selfish is amazing, how is it only a bonus track?!?! :mad: Up N Down is really good too, but Selfish could have been a huge hit. It's done by the same producers who worked on Firework, What's My Name?, Peacock and Only Girl (In the World). Massive hit potential yet wasted as a bonus track. :(

Pre-ordered my copy from HMV, comes with exclusive postcards apparently. :laugh: It'll get to #1 in the US, that's for sure but I'd love for her to get a #1 album over here after all these years, she still hasn't had one. But I think Adele will most likely prevent her from getting it, I think she may be beat by some other new releases too. :( She really only relys on her big fans for sales over here nowadays.

Oh and she performed HIAM and TTWE for the first time live in Las Vegas at the Palms resort last night, I've seen the videos and she looked great! The routines were brilliant, you can tell she really worked hard on them. Obviously she lip synched but Britney's done that for years now yet she still gives a good performance.

But she's done no promo internationally at all apart from pre-recorded super short radio interviews. Only place she's done promo is America and she's gunna have another #1 album there, hardly a flop. It's obvious her team only really care about selling in America these days though.

A #1 is still good though, she may not have strong competition but last week's #1 Chris Brown and Adele are both still selling well. Plus it's being sold quite cheap in America so your not exactly going to break the bank if you buy more than 1 copy. Because she's the Queen of Pop. Madonna was at one point, but she's not that relevant anymore sadly and I doubt she'll be making any records in the forseeable future.

She's said her priority is to be a mother to her kids right now so that's why she doesn't do much promo. True I agree with you and I would like her to do some but I don't see it happening anytime in the near future. She doesn't care about chart positions etc. anymore, she's even wanted to release an album for free before for her fans but obviously her record label put a stop to that. She does/did ring up American radio stations to do some promo, although the interviews are always pre-recorded and the interviewers are given questions to ask her, they can't ask her anything not on the list. She did one for Capital FM too but it evidently didn't help.

Britney Spears is allegedly scheduled for two surprise performances during tomorrow night's Billboard Music Awards.

Us Weekly claims that rumours of Spears's involvement are true, and that the 'Hold It Against Me' singer will be teaming up with two other female artists.

Spears will first appear alongside Rihanna for a special performance of her hit single 'S&M', before later being joined on stage by her future touring partner Nicki Minaj.

Spears and Minaj will then perform a remix of Spears's recent single 'Till The World Ends', in their first live performance together.

"I think if you're a Britney Spears fan you should totally watch Billboard tomorrow," E! Online columnist Marc Malkin tweeted earlier today. "I don't want to ruin everything for you."

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that Minaj would be replacing Enrique Iglesias as the support act for Spears's Femme Fatale tour this summer.

Other artists scheduled to perform at the awards ceremony include the Black Eyed Peas, Cee Lo Green, Pitbull and Taio Cruz.

The 2011 Billboard Music Awards will air tomorrow at 8pm on ABC.

Her 2nd best for me behind Blackout. :love: Blackout is like my favorite pop album ever, it's sooo good. The production is amazing, it's actually quite surprising how good it is considering she was going through such a horrible time in her life when it was being recorded. It's a shame it was her only album to not go to #1 in America though and it's also her lowest selling album after Femme Fatale.

But yeah I agree, I'd love to see her make a return to form. Her live performances were always on top form before the Blackout era. She hasn't danced the same since her knee injury. :(

Another rumour is that she is going to release a remix album at the end of summer, which will include

NEW TRACKS on Disc 1 and Disc 2 with REMIXES of tracks from her previous albums

- ALL REMIXES are big name collaborations, and the package will include the Till The World Ends remix and S&M remix.

- I WANNA GO will tie in with both Femme Fatale and the remix album because the single version is a REMIX.

- LITTLE BIT OF CHAOS will be released as the main single later in the summer.

I Wanna Go climbed to #29 on this week's Billboard Hot 100, seems like the video helped it a lot. I really hope it eventually it makes the top 10, it's such a perfect song for summer.
